Mekeesha
Mekeesha Price


Mekeesha joined our practice in January of 2003 and is helping to improve client education, staff training and customer service. Mekeesha has a full schedule spending most of her free time with family and friends. In her quiet time she builds scrapbooks and cares for 2 cats - Mandy and Frank, as well as a Beagle named Feona.


Jody
Jody Tuntland


Jody brings a bright smile and a helping hand to the reception area of McKenzie Animal Hospital, and has been with the staff since April 2002. She shows compassion and concern to our clients and their pets. Jody has two dogs, Sampson and Delilah; two horses, Dolly and Ty (owned since 1982); two cats, Zoey and Cowboy (who was picked up along highway 105). Her hobbies include biking, camping, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors from the mountains to the coast.


Carly
Carly Fryer


Carly joined Client Care in January 2005. Carly's interested outside of the practice include training service dogs to assist disabled people, volunteering, riding horses, and reading. She shares her life with her dog Luca Bleue (a GSP/Border Collie cross), two cats- Azi and Ronan- and her horse- Poco.


Angela
Angela Crum



Angela joined MAH Outpatient staff in June of 2004. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and being outdoors (skiing, snowmobiling, and camping). Angie has one dog, Kandie.

Maree
Maree Tucker

Maree joined our practice in March 1995 and has worked in veterinary medicine for more than 20 years. Maree brightens our day with her ready smile and cheerful manner. She is patient and helpful with clients and their pets in her position in Outpatient care. Maree is always happy to help you with any questions you may have. When she lived on a small farm, Maree cared for over 30 cats, 7 dogs and her favorite family milk cow. She now spends most of her free time helping her daughter and son-in-law care for their 5 children and enjoys sewing and painting. They all love their 7-year old golden retriever, Aurora.


Tara
Tara Love-Archuletta


Tara assists our clients and doctors in Outpatient care. Tara moved back to her home town of Pleasant Hill and joined our team in February 2003. She has 7 years of experience in the veterinary field and has 3 pets of her own. Her family includes her 2 cats, Arthur and J.C. and her new addition, Peanut, a 3.5 pound Chihuahua. In her free time, Tara works with high school and middle schoolers at her church and enjoys photography.


Angela
Angela Rey


Angi trained first in the Inpatient and treatment area of our hospital before advancing to Outpatient care where she assists the clients patients and doctors on a daily basis. Angi enjoys sports, is active in ice hockey, and is pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice. At home, Angi's animals include 2 cats (BG and Swat) and a Basset hound named Pumpkin Pie.


Andra
Andra Risch


Andra joined MAH at the end of January, 2007. While she holds a Visual Arts degree from the University of Washington, she is pursing a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon. In her spare time Andra ejoys oil painting, reading,and spending time with her Calico, Jasmine.


Val
Valerie Yeoman


Valerie has recently joined out client care staff in June 2007. She has interests in reading, running, and of course, her pets! She has a Welsh Corgi, Fiadora; and a multi-colored kitty named Colette. Valerie grew up in Alabama, moved to Beaverton, only to wound up at the University of Oregon.


Laura
Laura Greer


Laura joined our Outpatient staff in September, 2007. Laura has previous experience from a pet hospital in Texas, an animal shelter, a pet store, and also worked at the San Diego Zoo. She is a loving pet owner to her two dogs (or kids), Honey Bear and Sierra, and her Bearded Dragon, Tiger. Laura's interets outside the practice are spending time with her husband, hiking, scrapbooking, and makingcrafts for her business, Bear Mountain Pet Products.

Ronnie
Ronnie Connell, CVT

Ronnie, our senior technician, is highly skilled in anesthesia and dentistry and coordinates the Inpatient dental services. Ronnie began volunteering at a veterinary clinic straight out of high school. She studied animal science at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and received her Associate of Science degree in Animal Health Technology from Foot Hills College. Ronnie earned her technician certification in 1981. Ronnie and her husband Kurt are the Invisible Fence dealers in the area. They live with their three children and two golden retrievers, two cats and a rabbit in Pleasant Hill.


Nicky
Nicole Miller, CVT


Nicky has worked her way up from an entry level assistant position to a valued certified veterinary technician and managed this while working full-time and raising her son, Tristan. Nicky has elevated the level of patient care and is attentive, gentle and caring with all her patients. Nicky has two cats, Drake and Theodore.


Pam
Pam Kinkade, AHT

Pam is an Oregon Native from Coos Bay. She received her training at Northwest College for Veterinary Technicians in 1975 and has practiced her profession for over 29 years. Pam worked for a veterinary practice in North Bend for 21 years before moving to Springfield in 1996 with her husband and daughter. Pam is in charge of our fully equipped hospital laboratory and loves working with patients and clients. Pam's special pets are her Silkie/Barred Rock rooster, Walter and her Aracauna hen, Wanda, plus a sugar glider (a type of marsupial) named Gidget. Pugs have a special place in her heart as well. In her free time, Pam enjoys biking, walking and gardening.


Melinda
Melinda Mul, CVT


Along with a B.S. in Zoology, Melinda brings 17 years of experience in human medicine, combined with 5 years veterinary experience, to our dynamic practice. Before her transition to veterinary medicine, Melinda traveled throughout the Northwest and Alaska doing field research with birds, mammals, and fish. Melinda has five dogs, three cats, three birds, one turtle, and one lizard. When she is not tending to her animals she enjoys bird watching and gardening.



Steven Harvel, CVT



Steve is a Certified Vetrinary Technician, joining our team in September, 2007. He is a loving pet owner to his 3 cats, Speed Racer, Chim-Chim, & Trixie. Steve's interests include mountain biking, singing, playing guitar, and field mycology.

Rolinda Harper



Rolinda brings an infectious smile and a caring touch to the inpatient team.

Michelle Bales



Michelle recently joined our inpatient staff.


Heather
Heather Cameron

Heather joined the staff in September, 2007, and is an assitant to our Veterinary Technicians. Heather is the loving owner of her horse, Oprah, and her cat, Pippi. Outside of the hospital, her interests include drawing, writing, and exercising.


Brian
Brian Toncray



Brian has rejoined our inpatient staff for the summer, after his year of pre-medicine at OSU. Brian's previous internship experience is an asset in keeping the kennel area clean, tidy, and organized.


Becky
Becky McGinley


Becky is an Inpatient assistant, joining us in February 2008. Becky is a loving pet owner to her cats, Manny & Butters. Becky's interests outside the practice are writing and recording music.

Alyssa Price



Alyssa is an Inpatient assistant, joining our practice in February 2008. Alyssa is a loving owner to her Jack Russel/Blue Healer dog, Chump. Outside the practice Alyssa enjoys sports, camping, and running.





Brenna Sterling

Brenna is a recent graduate from the University of Oregon with a BA in Biological Anthropology. She works in Outpatient Care where she assist doctors and patients. In her free time Brenna enjoys cooking. She hopes to one day work with primates in a zoo.

Janna
Janna Moskovitz, AHT
Office Manager


Janna is our longest serving staff member. As Office Manager, Janna keeps the hospital running smoothly and helps everyone's work go easier. She is in charge of the practice management software and hardware systems and book keeping. Janna spends her free time with her family, friends and her menagerie of turtles, fish, dogs and cats.


Libby
Libby Kramer
Practice Manager


Libby is our Practice Manager with 9 years experience as a veterinary assistant. She joined our staff in November 2004 after moving from Ohio. Libby is a loving pet owner to her 9 year old cat, Mel, who likes to travel around with her. Libby's interests include fishing, hiking, camping, and just being outside.
